David Crabtree

David Crabtree, MD, MPH, FASAM, is a double board certified physician with extensive experience in addiction medicine and general practice. They have held various positions, including Medical Consultant for the Arizona Medical Board and Medical Director at Acadia Healthcare. Currently, David serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Lincoln Memorial University and continues their private practice. They have also contributed as a Medical Advisor for The Alliance for Benzodiazepine Best Practices while providing care at multiple healthcare facilities, including PlushCare and Monument. David earned their MD from East Tennessee State University and completed residency and fellowship training at prestigious institutions, including UC San Diego and the University of Utah.
