Jon Dean

Jon Dean is an experienced executive in the gaming industry, currently serving as Vice President of Production at Monumental since June 2023, overseeing the integration of Game Circus and Kongregate teams following an acquisition. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of COO at Game Circus from November 2020 until the acquisition, where notable projects included updates for several mobile titles. Jon also founded Spark XR, serving as CEO and Advisor from February 2018 to November 2020, during which innovative products like the XR-One Sensory Reality Pod were developed. Earlier career highlights include executive roles at Electronic Arts, where Jon was VP and General Manager, and at Midway, contributing to successful game releases across major platforms. Jon's extensive industry background began in various capacities at notable companies such as Crush, Activision, and Atari. Jon holds an A-Level degree in Computer Science from Langley College of Further Education.
