Alice Morgan

Alice Morgan has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Alice started their career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Risk Analyst, where they were involved in projects related to capital and impairment. Alice developed stress testing methodologies and liaised with external stakeholders during audits and divestment processes.

Alice then moved on to Opel Vauxhall Finance, where they worked as a Risk Analyst and later as a Collections Strategy Specialist. In these roles, they supported business projects and developed forecasting and provisioning models. Alice also utilized augmented intelligence technology for trend and segmentation analysis and collaborated with operations and risk functions to deliver portfolio valuations and sales prices.

Currently, Alice is working at Monzo Bank as a Collections Strategy Analyst, Collections Strategy Manager, and Collections Operations Manager. Their responsibilities include developing strategies, coordinating with operational and regulatory constraints, and managing collections operations.

Throughout their career, Alice has demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and deliver successful outcomes.

Alice Morgan attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2011 to 2015. Alice obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics, Operational Research & Statistics.
