Alicia O'Connell

Alicia O'Connell is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles. Currently serving as a People Partner at Monzo Bank since March 2023, Alicia previously held multiple positions at Bumble from June 2017 to March 2023, including People & Culture Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Associate. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Administrator role at Coventry Building Society in 2016 and HR positions at Hays from June 2015 to June 2016.
