Amz Wafa

Amz Wafa has accumulated extensive experience in various roles at Monzo Bank since May 2019, currently serving as a People Projects and Change Senior Analyst after holding positions such as People Operations Associate, Learning and Development Coach, and Complaints Specialist. Prior to Monzo Bank, Amz worked at Cardiff Council as a Poll Clerk and had volunteer experience as a Communications Officer at the Welsh Centre for International Affairs. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant at ITN Mark Education, Student Ambassador at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Bar Staff at Principality Stadium, Telephone Fundraiser at Cardiff Met Students' Union, and Customer Assistant at Boots UK. Amz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Cardiff Metropolitan University and has completed CIPD Qualifications from January 2021 to April 2022, along with A Levels in Economics, Business Studies, Psychology, and the Welsh Baccalaureate.
