Andjela E. is a fraud prevention investigator at Monzo Bank since October 2023, previously serving as a fraud analyst for Virgin Money at TSYS Managed Services EMEA from October 2022 to May 2023. In this role, Andjela tackled multiple responsibilities involving data examination and developed techniques to prevent fraudulent activities, while managing extensive incidents such as false identifications and fake claims. Andjela holds a BA Hons degree in Criminal and Corporate Investigation from the University of Northampton, completed in July 2022.
