Cal Clark is currently the Global Operations Performance and Continuous Improvement Partner at Monzo Bank. They previously held multiple roles at ODEON Cinemas Group from 2010 to 2019, including Senior Site Management, where they managed cinema operations and multiple Costa Franchise Stores. Cal worked at Monzo Bank from 2019 to 2021 in various positions, including Global Operations Partner Performance and Real Time Activity Analyst. They earned an HND in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from the University of the West of Scotland between 2012 and 2014.
