Chloe Lawrence

Chloe Lawrence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user research and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Monzo Bank since September 2022, Chloe previously held roles as a UX Researcher and Strategy and Insights Manager at FutureLearn from September 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Chloe was a Strategy & Insights Manager at Flash Pack and worked at HelloFresh as a Business Analyst and Customer Experience Manager. Early career experience includes a Client Relationship Adviser role at Enness Private Clients and internships at Hilton Barcelona and Cogent Analytics, where skills in customer relations and analytics were developed. Chloe began her career as a Bar Manager at Hiatt Baker Bar and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of Bristol, complemented by a year abroad at La Universidad de Buenos Aires.
