Chris Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Chris has held various roles in different companies, gaining expertise in software engineering, web development, and cybersecurity.

Chris'smost recent role was as an Engineering Manager at Monzo Bank, where they led multiple teams focused on ensuring the security of the organization as it scales. Chris played a key role in hiring and scaling the Security Engineering org.

Prior to that, they worked at Capital One as a Software Engineering Manager, Squad Lead, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.
