Daria Omar

Daria Omar has a diverse work experience history. Daria began their career at the European Parliament as a Politician's Assistant in 2013. From there, they moved on to Aberystwyth University, where they worked as a Finance Assistant trainee. In 2016, they joined PwC UK as an Assurance Associate. Following that, they worked at Provident Financial Group - Provident HC & Satsuma as an Internal Auditor and later as an IT & Change Internal Audit Associate. In 2019, they joined Exertis UK as an Internal Auditor before moving to The Co-operative Bank plc in 2020, where they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor specializing in Finance & Prudential matters. Most recently, they joined Monzo Bank in 2023 as an Internal Audit Manager focusing on Finance and Borrowing.

Daria Omar pursued their education at Aberystwyth University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies degree in International Politics and Third World. Daria completed this program from 2012 to 2015. Daria further expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science degree in International Business Management from 2015 to 2017, also at Aberystwyth University.

In addition to their academic degrees, Daria Omar attained certification in IT Auditing for Non IT Auditors from IT Audit School, which is provided by the MISTI (MIS Training Institute) in April 2018.
