Duncan Roberts is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in backend development and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Monzo Bank since July 2018, Duncan previously held the position of CTO at We See Through from October 2014 to April 2018 and worked as a Senior Developer at Race Yourself for a short period in 2014. Duncan began his career at IBM United Kingdom Ltd as an Industrial Trainee and subsequently became a Systems Analyst at Accenture, focusing on project leadership and technological improvements.
