Erik Bille

Erik Bille is a skilled technology operations professional with extensive experience in IT support and solutions. Currently serving as a TechOps Senior Platform Specialist at Monzo Bank since November 2020, Erik leads projects aimed at enhancing processes, reducing risks, increasing security, and improving employee experience. Prior to Monzo, Erik worked at Kullander AB as part-time Helpdesk staff and consultant, providing remote support for business and enterprise customers. Erik's earlier roles at Kullander AB included supporting SMB customers with Apple products and IT solutions, alongside experience in telemarketing and retailer support at TeliaSonera. Erik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and Networks from Edinburgh Napier University.
