Grace Paul has a strong background in fraud and disputes, with experience in various roles at Monzo Bank. Grace started as a COps - Customer Operations in November 2018 and later became a Fraud & Disputes Specialist in July 2019. Grace then progressed to a Senior Fraud & Disputes Specialist from September 2020 to August 2021. Grace held the role of Operations Product Partner - Fraud & Disputes from August 2021 to June 2022 and currently serves as the Lead Fraud Product Partner at Monzo Bank since June 2022.
