Heather Gaunt has extensive experience in investigation and customer service roles, currently serving as a Senior Screening Investigator and formerly as a Fraud Investigator at Monzo Bank since September 2021. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Call Center Representative at Nationwide Building Society from January 2019 to September 2021. Additional experience includes a counseling position at Camp Pembroke from June 2016 to January 2019 and an administrative role at A-one+ in 2012. Heather holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Secondary Physical Education and Sports Coaching from Leeds Trinity University, completed between 2014 and 2017, and attended University Centre at Wakefield College from 2012 to 2014.
