Jen Farquharson

Jen Farquharson has a strong background in risk management and auditing in the banking sector. Jen currently holds the role of Senior Risk & Control Lead at Monzo Bank since April 2023. Prior to their current position, they worked at Sainsbury's Bank from September 2018 to April 2023, where they held the positions of Operational Risk Manager and Audit Manager.
