Laura K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laura started their career at Bain & Company in 2007, where they worked in Professional Development and Global Training until 2015. Afterwards, they joined Tribeca Studios as a Director from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they transitioned to Vail Health, where they served as an Oncology Financial Navigator at the Shaw Cancer Center until 2019. Currently, Laura is employed at Monzo Bank, where they have held roles in People Development from 2019 to 2021, Reward from 2021 to 2022, and is currently a Benefits Manager.

Laura K. obtained a HR Transformation Certificate from Cornell University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
