Leanne Schofield

Leanne Schofield has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in the financial sector and customer operations. Currently serving as a Financial Crime Quality Assessor and previously as a Financial Crime Specialist at Monzo Bank since January 2019, Leanne has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring compliance and quality standards. Prior experience includes roles at Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council, where Leanne was responsible for all aspects of the school meals service and supervision of kitchen assistants from February 2010 to January 2019. Prior to this, Leanne held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Customer Relationship Manager and Contact Centre Team Leader, from May 1997 to October 2004. Leanne also took time as a stay-at-home parent from November 2004 to January 2010. Leanne holds a degree in Early Childhood from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, completed between 2012 and 2015.
