Leti Taylor

Leti Taylor is currently the Recruitment Lead at Monzo, where they focus on building a diverse and talented team for a modern banking experience. Previously, Leti held various recruitment roles, including Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing Lead at Dentsu Aegis Network, where they managed candidate attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives. Leti also served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Dennis Publishing, successfully filling all vacancies while implementing a robust strategic hiring approach. They have extensive experience in agile recruitment functions across global businesses, having also worked at Google as a Recruiting Lead. Leti obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
