Head of Customer Operations at Monzo

Nick Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Nick is currently working as the Head of Customer Operations at Monzo Bank since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at OVO Energy for 8 years, starting from November 2012. During their tenure at OVO Energy, they held multiple roles including Senior Customer Operations Manager, Onboarding Manager, Customer Care Operations Manager, and Customer Transfers Team Lead. Before joining OVO Energy, Nick worked at KWH Consulting as the Head of Sales & Administration from March 2011 to September 2012. Nick also has experience working at Cheese Cellar as a Customer Services representative from August 2009 to October 2010 and at Bizz Energy as a Broker Relations staff from 2006 to 2008.

Nick Andrews attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2006 to 2009. Nick received a 2.1 degree in Sport and Physical Education.
