Paul McCullagh is a seasoned corporate governance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Group Director of Corporate Governance at Monzo Bank since July 2021, Paul previously held pivotal roles at Barclays from November 2014 to July 2021, including Company Secretary for Barclays Bank Europe. Earlier in his career, Paul worked at Eversheds Sutherland as part of the Corporate Secretariat team from July 2011 to June 2015. Paul holds a Master's degree in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and a Law with Government LLB degree from the same institution, complemented by foundational education at Christian Brothers Grammar School Omagh.
