Reka N. has a diverse work experience. Reka started their career as a Store Manager at CROLLA ICE CREAM COMPANY LTD. in April 2014 and worked there until November 2016. After that, they joined Wescot Credit Services Limited, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Consultant from November 2016 to July 2017, Team Coach from July 2017 to May 2018, and finally became a Team Leader from May 2018 to August 2021. Currently, Reka is working at Monzo Bank as a Team Manager since August 2021, and later promoted to Operations Manager in September 2022.
Reka N. completed their education from 2017 to 2022 at The Open University, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA Honours degree with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Financial services from SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority in March 2018, and in Management level 4 from the Chartered Management Institute in August 2016.
