Ro Constable

Ro Constable is the Learning & Quality Assurance Director at Monzo Bank, a position held since 2024. Previously, Ro served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Barclays from 2018 to 2024 and as the Director of Learning & Quality Assurance at Barclaycard from 2015 to 2018. Ro's extensive experience in quality and compliance includes leadership roles at companies such as Talk Talk, where they were Head of Quality and Compliance, and Everything Everywhere Ltd as Head of Performance Insight and Quality. Ro earned a BA in Political Science and Radio Production from Swinburne University of Technology between 1991 and 1993.
