Ryan Smith is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in operational risk and enterprise risk across multiple banking institutions. Currently serving as the Group Enterprise Risk Lead at Monzo Bank since October 2021, Ryan has successfully designed programs such as the 2022 RCSA and has provided critical oversight for compliance with regulatory requirements.
