Shell G. has extensive experience in technology and customer support, currently serving in the TechOps role at Monzo Bank since July 2021. Prior to that, Shell G. held multiple positions at Apple from March 2013 to June 2021, including Field Design Engineer, Genius, Technical Advisor, Technical Support Team Lead, Technical Expert, Technical Specialist, and Specialist. Shell G. began the professional career as Front of House Team Leader at The Owain Glyndwr from September 2012 to February 2013. Shell G. earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
