Simon later became a Corporate Territory Manager, overseeing over 280 customers in the New England region and driving customer and partner satisfaction while surpassing quota from 2011 to 2015.

In 2016, Simon co-founded Blue Coral Estates, a company focused on providing stylish, eco-conscious housing options along the Valencian coast and in the city. The company's key goals include sustainability and philanthropy.

Currently, Simon is working at Monzo Bank, where they have held various roles since joining in 2018.
