Tara Ryan

Tara Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Finance Assistant for Newport City Council and later for FARMOZ PTY. LIMITED. In 2013, they took on the role of Administrator at the Royal Academy of Dance. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Education Executive and a Programme Manager at the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Tara then joined Monzo Bank in 2016 as an Office Manager before moving up to the position of People Operations Manager. Tara further progressed in their career at Monzo Bank, serving as Head of People and then as the People Experience Director. Currently, Tara holds the role of VP People Experience at Monzo Bank.

Tara Ryan completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Swansea University. Tara attended Swansea University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Bassaleg School from 1999 to 2006, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Tara obtained the Mental Health First Aid Instructor certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2018. Tara also obtained a Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in December 2015.
