Toby Hill-Smith

Toby Hill-Smith currently serves as a Senior Data Analyst at Monzo Bank, focusing on financial crime since June 2021. Previously, Toby worked at Merkle | Periscopix from March 2018 to September 2021, where notable responsibilities included leading the Analytics service line for global clients, utilizing attribution and A/B testing to optimize marketing budgets, and developing tailored reporting solutions through Python and SQL. Additionally, Toby contributed to client training in SQL and was instrumental in establishing the company's Total Search proposition. Early career experience includes an internship at KPMG UK in July 2016. Toby holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, completed in 2017.
