Head Of New Product Development Supply Chain at MOO

Emma Parducci has a diverse work experience in the field of buying and product development. Emma started their career as a Product Assistant at IGS Home, where they supplied products to UK and USA department stores. Emma then moved on to work as a Buyers Assistant at House of Fraser, specializing in various departments such as TV and Audio, Stationery, and Home Accessories.

After gaining experience at House of Fraser, Emma joined The Disney Store as an Acting Buyer - Plush/Assistant Buyer, where they strategized, negotiated, and provided buying plans and new-product development for homeware. Emma also ensured that all products were tested and fit for sale before shipping.

Following their time at The Disney Store, Emma worked as a Buyer at RDP Creative and then as a Global Senior Buyer at Egmont, where they sourced and developed toy gifts and coordinated between licensors and the design team to deliver on-brand products.

Emma's next role was at NPD - TCC Global as a Senior Category Manager, where they developed and delivered various products across the UK, EU, and Australia. Emma worked with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of the NPD process.

Emma continued their career at Immediate Media Co as a Buying Manager/Senior Buyer, responsible for managing 18 titles and overseeing product development, cost negotiations, ethical/safety requirements, and delivery to warehouse and retailers. Emma also played a key role in securing a new contract with Disney.

Most recently, Emma joined ORB X as the Head of Buying, where they were responsible for the buying process and played a pivotal role in new product development. Currently, they are working at MOO as the Head of new product development supply chain.

Emma Parducci attended the University of Winchester from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Studies.
