Melissa Russo

Melissa Russo currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at MOO, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held various leadership positions in human resources and business management, including Business Unit Leader at Parmatech 3D from May 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resource Business Partner at both Parmatech/Proform and Thielsch Engineering, where Melissa contributed to compensation program development and served as the primary HR representative for manufacturing operations. Melissa began a career in human resources in 2005 at Lifespan and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Rhode Island, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Management from the same institution.
