Shannon O. started their work experience in 2010 as a Store Leader at Payless ShoeSource. Shannon held this position until April 2017. In April 2017, they joined MOO as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they continue to work currently.

Shannon O. attended Norwin High School from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Shannon studied Sociology at Carlow University.
