MooCoo Ventures gives experienced investors access to Australia’s most promising startups with the transparency, flexibility, and rigour you’d expect at this stage of your investment journey.

We’re a venture syndication platform designed for sophisticated investors who are ready to back the next generation of high-growth companies. Each deal is presented with full visibility, from detailed founder profiles and investment memos to clear deal terms, so you can make informed, measured decisions on a deal-by-deal basis.

With MooCoo, there’s no pressure and no hidden commitments. You choose when and how to invest, with the benefit of a highly curated deal flow, expert diligence, and access to a network of seasoned entrepreneurs and angel investors.

Our founders, Richard Moore and Brian Cooke, bring over 30 years of experience in tech, finance, and public company leadership. With more than 100 startup investments and a portfolio return of over 22% since 2010, MooCoo is built by investors, for investors — and we’re just getting started.

We believe early-stage investing should be strategic, considered, and a little more exciting. MooCoo gives you early access to breakthrough Australian startups, before the crowd catches on.

If you’re ready to back bold ideas with expert guidance, we invite you to join the MooCoo community and rediscover what investing was meant to feel like.
