Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer before joining Google in 2011 as a Student Contract Developer. Ankit then joined Moodle in 2011 and held multiple roles, including Community Developer, Analyst Developer, Web Developer, and Junior Developer. Ankit was responsible for developing new features, enhancing existing features, fixing bugs, code reviewing, and testing. Ankit also led projects and made significant contributions to code commits, code changes, and issue resolutions.

In 2018, Ankit joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Lead, B2B Product Analytics. Ankit built and led a team, developed a recommendation engine platform, and later built a measurement engine to assess the impact of recommendations. Ankit then took on roles as a Senior Manager, leading machine learning initiatives in different regions and collaborating with MIT professors and students. Ankit also served as a Global Director, focusing on machine learning and analytics, and contributed to revenue generation by building a Smart Innovation Engine. Ankit played a crucial role in designing code architectures, QA frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

Most recently, Ankit Agarwal joined Agoda in 2023 as an Engineering Manager.

Ankit Agarwal's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology (Formerly UCE), Burla, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Ankit also pursued a Master's degree in Information Management Systems with a certification in Data Science from Harvard Extension School, graduating from 2014 to 2017.
