Michael Porten

Michael Porten has diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career at Infosys in 2018, where they served as an Associate Software Engineer until 2020. In 2020, they joined Moonami as a Technical Support Engineer and worked there until 2021. Currently, Michael is employed at Moodle as a DevOps Engineer, starting from August 2021.

Michael Porten attained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Informatics from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner in April 2022 and Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate in April 2022.
