Roy Kerley

Roy Kerley is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the eLearning and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Synergy Learning since June 2005, Kerley has developed a company that delivers innovative learning technologies to a diverse global clientele, including notable brands such as Samsung and Save the Children. In addition to this role, Kerley has held positions with Totara Learning Solutions and Moodle as a Platinum Partner and Award Winning Moodle Partner, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Director of eLearning Alliance, where Kerley promoted eLearning in Scotland, and as Business Manager for Synergy eBusiness Incubator, aiding the launch of technology-driven startups. Kerley’s academic background includes education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Ulster University.
