After overworking herself for years, founder Lauren Tracy had a silent panic attack while leading a team meeting. That night, she vowed never to sacrifice her well-being again. Moodring Tech is an antidote to our hyper-productive culture.

Smart Moodrings will help us prioritize joy and prevent burnout through proven micro-steps. Our team of experts from Apple, Headspace, and Stanford is working behind the scenes to make it easy to identify high and low moods, track biometrics related to mental state, and receive personalized relaxation guidance. A limited supply will be available in 2026 — secure your adult Moodring on our website! In the meantime, explore our workshops and content designed to improve well-being. Let’s build joy together! ☀️
