Benjamin Brion has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Benjamin is the Co-founder and CEO of Moodwork, a digital solution for mental health in the workplace. At Moodwork, Benjamin leads a team of 30 employees and manages 70 clients, including ENGIE, l'AP-HP, Johnson&Johnson, Toyota, BNP Paribas, Vestiaire Collective, LumApps, and Innocent. Benjamin provides employees with access to scientifically validated self-diagnostic tools, training, and real-time support from psychologists.

Additionally, Benjamin serves as the Associate Director at My Happy Job by Moodwork since September 2021. Prior to their role at Moodwork, they worked as an Analyst at FF Creative Community and Alven. At Alven, a Parisian venture capital firm, Benjamin supported ambitious French entrepreneurs in the digital technology sector.

Before venturing into the startup ecosystem, Benjamin co-founded Lud'Educ, a company that developed smartphone applications for students in preparatory classes in France. In 2016 and 2017, Benjamin attended National Sun Yat-Sen University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they enrolled in the Université Catholique de Lille to pursue a Diplôme Universitaire in Health Psychology at Work.
