Daniel M. is an experienced professional in project management and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Moody's Investors Service since November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company, where Daniel developed and implemented an automated product return process that enhanced customer satisfaction and reduced costs.
