Fabiola Reyes

Fabiola Reyes, MS, PHR, currently serves as the AVP of Global Employee Relations at Moody's Corporation, a role assumed in March 2025. Fabiola has a diverse background in human resources, having previously held positions as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta and Manager of Talent Relations at Deloitte. Fabiola's extensive experience also includes roles at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Tampa General Hospital, and Spectrum, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, policy implementation, and HR management across various locations. Fabiola holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School and possesses PHR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management, alongside a BA in Psychology from City University of New York-Hunter College.
