Jonathan Ferguson

Jonathan Ferguson has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and investigations, having served as Vice President of Regulatory Inquiries & Investigations at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2022. Prior to that role, they were a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer at the London Stock Exchange, where they led over 50 audits and investigations. Jonathan began their career as a Financial Advisor at H&R Block Financial Services and later worked as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at FINRA. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Compliance at Moody's Corporation and serve as a Senior Regulatory Specialist in Global Regulatory Operations at Amazon Web Services. Jonathan earned a BBA in Finance from James Madison University in 2001.
