Liam Gibbon

Liam Gibbon is an accomplished regulatory and legal professional with extensive experience in government, public affairs, and regulatory advocacy across diverse regions, particularly in EMEA and emerging markets. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Regulatory Officer at Moody's Corporation since April 2018, Liam leads regulatory advocacy efforts and government engagement initiatives. Concurrently, Liam holds the position of VP Government and Public Affairs at Moody's Investors Service since November 2013, focusing on regulatory developments and relationship management with regulators.
