Lynette Kuang

Lynette Kuang serves as Vice President for Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs (APAC) at Moody's Corporation since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing legislative and regulatory issues while fostering stakeholder relationships across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Lynette held the role of Deputy Vice President for Government Relations at Prudential plc in Singapore, focusing on public policy and financing health systems. As Public Affairs Manager for Sanofi, Lynette supported advocacy efforts across Southeast Asia and South Asia, and previously worked at ExxonMobil as a Public & Government Affairs Advisor for the Chemicals business unit. Early career experiences include managing student affairs at Eden School and serving as a Global Security Analyst at the Singapore Ministry of Defence, alongside a news production internship at CNBC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from UCL and a Master of Social Policy from the University of Melbourne.
