Scott Minter

Scott Minter serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director overseeing Enterprise Solutions, ESG Technology, and M&A Technology Integration at Moody's Corporation. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President - Head of Distribution, Marketing, Client Data and Services Technology at OppenheimerFunds. Additional experience includes roles at AIG as Vice President - Global Digital Officer for Claims & Operations and Vice President - Global Head of Sales Force Shared Service and Mobile. At MetLife, Scott was Vice President - Global Distribution Technology, and before that, at Merrill Lynch, served as Assistant Vice President - Investment Advisor Technology and Securities Lending. Scott holds degrees from Lehigh University and Centenary University.
