Silène A. serves as the AVP-People/HR Regional Partner at Moody's Corporation since April 2020, previously holding the role of HR Regional Partner for the Vigeo entity with responsibilities across multiple countries. Prior to this, Silène worked at BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant in Human Resources, focusing on project management and HR function transformation. Additional experience includes project management for global training initiatives at LVMH, as well as roles in recruitment and client relations during an internship at O2 Care Services. Silène began a career in hospitality as a receptionist at Pierre & Vacances and holds a Master's degree in Management and an MSc in Organizational Development from EDHEC Business School.
