Simon Harris is an experienced credit professional and Fellow of the UK Institute & Faculty of Actuaries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Global Financial Institutions at Moody's, Simon is responsible for credit ratings on over 1,500 financial institutions worldwide, engaging regularly with c-suite executives in the financial services sector. Prior to this role, Simon worked as an actuary at Co-operative Financial Services from 1991 to 1998 and held various positions at Moody's Investors Service, including Analyst, Team Managing Director, and Global Managing Director for Financial Institutions. Simon earned a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds.
