Steve Tate

Steve Tate serves as the VP of Information Security at Moody's Corporation, overseeing a multi-functional team responsible for risk reporting, vendor risk management, security training, and the implementation of regulatory requirements. With extensive experience in information security management and risk control, Tate has led initiatives aligned with the NIST framework and managed disaster recovery testing for large teams. Prior to Moody's, Tate held senior roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, managing global teams and critical IT operations across various sectors, including equities and finance. Tate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from Glyndŵr University.
