Tom Dixon

Tom Dixon is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in the industry, currently serving as Vice President - Project Manager at Moody's Corporation since February 2017. In this role, Tom leads a team responsible for HR services for approximately 4,000 employees in the Americas, implementing process improvements and managing onboarding services. Prior to Moody's, Tom held various key positions at UBS, including Global Payroll Strategy Lead and HR Line Manager Advisory Lead, where Tom focused on optimizing HR services through technology and governance while supporting over 2,700 line managers. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Management from Lehman College.
