Amelia Nihill, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR partnership. They began their career at ProStaff Search LLC as a Talent Manager and later as Branch Operations Manager before moving to Randstad Financial & Professional as a Staffing Consultant from 2007 to 2013.
