Britt Dye

Britt Dye is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and procurement with extensive experience in the aerospace and lending industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Sourcing Lead at Moog Inc. since November 2023, Britt is responsible for developing sourcing strategies and establishing long-term agreements with suppliers for the Aircraft Group. Previous roles include Principal Procurement Specialist and Senior Procurement Analyst at Raytheon Technologies, where expertise in procurement processes was honed. Prior to that, Britt worked at Raytheon as a Procurement Specialist focused on rapid procurement solutions and served as a Branch Onboarding Specialist at Supreme Lending, managing the onboarding process for new branches. Early career experience includes serving as a Textbook Manager at BBA Solutions, overseeing procurement and staff management. Britt holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas and has foundational education from The University of West Alabama in Business Administration.
