Bryan Hake

Bryan Hake, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Napcone, LLC since August 2021, demonstrating leadership skills in a senior management role. Concurrently, Bryan has been with Moog Inc. since June 2007, fulfilling roles such as Associate Reliability Engineer and Integrated Logistics Support Analyst. In these positions, responsibilities included converting overhaul records into reliability data, training new employees, and serving as the primary contact for Boeing Aircraft Corporation regarding logistics data. Prior experience includes a managerial role at ADMC, Inc. focusing on quality control and manufacturing processes. Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University, a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering/Industrial Technology from Buffalo State University, and an Associate degree in Drafting Technology from Erie Community College.
