Dan Rubach has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dan started their career at Sumitomo Electric Carbide as an Automotive Manufacturing Engineer and Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and delivering solutions that significantly increased production, reduced costs, and improved quality in axle manufacturing operations. Dan also successfully grew a high-profile account into the company's largest account.

Afterwards, they joined Praxair, Inc as a Technologist and was later promoted to Senior Engineering Technologist. In this role, they managed and mentored a cross-functional team, collaborated with different teams to advance critical research and projects, and implemented improvements and upgrades to the company's machine shop, enhancing accuracy and speed in geometry production.

Currently, Dan is working at Moog Inc, where they hold multiple positions including Advanced Analytics Leader, Lead Analyst, Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Dan leads a team that develops systems of standardized metrics and tools, and is recognized for creating the center's first predictive algorithm in a manufacturing space. Dan also contributes to the development of new algorithms and heuristics to generate insights for senior leadership.

Dan Rubach has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Dan also holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from Excelsior University. Dan obtained an Associates degree in Industrial Technology from Erie Community College. Additionally, they have completed various certifications in areas such as Python, data retrieval and processing, digital manufacturing, programming, and the Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP) certification from the Demand Driven Institute. Dan is currently pursuing a Diploma in Software Development from Code Institute, with an expected completion in 2022.
